the room was spacious and included an iron and ironing board, handy.

The check-in process was automated and impersonal. i had to program my key card myself, and there was no one to assist or even greet me upon arrival. in the restaurant, i had to order and pay via qr code before even eating. there was no interaction with servers. Nobody asked if everything was okay
